Chaos Fab Shop offers specialized, reality based training for federal and local government agencies, emergency responders, private sector groups and individuals. Our classes are innovative and informative, we use engaging hands-on approach and proven techniques. The New Jersey Invasion is an annual all JEEP event held on the beach in Wildwood, New Jersey. Yes, you read that correctly, it’s on the beach at Rio Grande Avenue (behind the Wildwoods sign)! The entire event is in the sand, just a couple hundred feet from the iconic 2-mile long Wildwood boardwalk, with over 300 rides and attractions. The New Jersey Invasion offers three days of Jeep activities, access to the industry’s top vendors, and an opportunity to play on our exclusive beach obstacle course powered by Rausch Creek Off-road Park. Oh, and don’t forget our huge raffle! It is definitely a one of a kind event that you don’t want to miss out on and it’s FREE to spectate. Fri. & Sat.: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Sun: 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
In addition to Jeep activities on the beach during the day, the fun continues throughout the entire weekend. Thursday night features a pre kick-off party at the Club at Diamond Beach. $10 per person donation at the door for Tread Lightly. Enjoy a cash bar, cash food, live music and Jeep parking on the beach!
The Friday night kick-off party hosted by Jeepers Back the Blue, is also a fundraiser for the Back the Blue charity. This will take place at the Naval Air Station Wildwood and is a $10 donation at the door. Saturday night is our big Community Night in Fox Park in Wildwood and it’s open to everyone! It’s our way of saying thanks to Wildwood for hosting Jeep Invasion. There will be DJ Karaoke till the sun goes down, then Jurassic Park will be showing on the big screen. 2023 is the 30th anniversary of Jurassic Park, and there will be a few very rare Jurassic Park Jeeps in attendance and on display! We will also have a bounce house for the kids, dinosaur themed of course, and a magician wandering the grounds entertaining children and adults alike. There will also be a small Jeep display in front of the Wildwoods Convention Center in the circle. FREE for anyone to attend! Bring a chair or a blanket and come hang out and watch the show!

Wheeling with your Tops off (the Jeep) while making new friends, enjoying the outdoors and most importantly raising funds and awareness for Breast Cancer Research. In order for Topless for TATAs (TFT) to raise funds and awareness we hold our main event in August where we take groups out on the trails to see exactly what their off-road vehicle can do. Everyone at the organization are volunteers including your trail guides; however, the guides are very familiar with the park, their vehicle and how to get you in and out in the same condition as long as you listen to their guidance. Anthacite Outdoor Adventure Area (AOAA) has thousands of acres to play on and have broken their trails into different levels from beginner to advanced. Their levels are Green, Blue, Black and Red. We also follow the same levels when creating our groups but we add in sub levels such as Green/Blue, Blue/Black and Black/Red.
The event started out as a one-day event that has turned into a three-day event. Participants have the option to select a Friday non-guided run that we are calling the "Friday Shakedown Run".
Topless for TATAs is a registered 501(c)3 100% volunteer based non-profit organization which to date has donated $603,952.66 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and has funded 12,079 hours of critical life saving research. Trail Hero is built around joining together the drive for more access and awareness to our trail system and sport. With the combination of 5 days of wheeling trails from mild to wild and our themed days, to provide those less fortunate the opportunity to the great outdoors; Trail Hero is truly built with everyone in mind. Once done with the trails, participants can enjoy other aspects of our sport by attending various features throughout the week like the Supercrawl World Championships, The Trail Breaker, and Rock Races, all of which have start times later in the day so you can enjoy your trail ride. The idea is that we provide rock sports entertainment from every aspect of our industry so that after the trails are done, people are not left with an empty day.

Registration for the 31st annual Great Smoky Mountain Trail Ride has closed. You can register onsite but we cannot guarantee that you will get a shirt, sticker or drivers bag.
The 31st annual Great Smoky Mountain Trail Ride will be held June 13th through 18th 2022 at Windrock OHV park in Oliver Springs Tennessee. Windrock has over 300 miles of trails and covers over 72,000 acres. Whether you’re a beginner or a hard core offroader, Windrock has something for you. We will offer easy and moderate guided rides Monday thru Friday for those who would like to join. For the more adventurous, you are welcome to hit the trails on your own. Windrock has multiple cabins available for rent as well as RV camping with full hookups. Visit www.windrockpark.com for more information about camping and trail use fees.
The registration covers one driver and one vehicle. Guests may be added to a driver registration if they are riding with the driver on the trails and camping with the driver. If they are bringing their own vehicle to be used on the trails, they need to register as a driver.
Your $90.00 drivers registration covers one tent or camper (vehicle or trailer) in the event area for the week.

Durhamtown Dust Devil Jamboree
August 6 – 7, 2022 at DURHAMTOWN OFF-ROAD RESORT
If you have not attended this venue in the past here is a little of what to expect. Durhamtown Off-Road Resort is Americas largest off-road park with 6750 acres for all types of off-road enthusiast to play on. We will have special permission from them to use two of their side by side racetracks as well as a 14 mile trail loop. Turbo Track which is 2 miles long and capable of speeds in excess of 60mph and GP track that is 1 mile long which is where the “big jump” is located that I am sure you have seen on FB at some point. These are wide tracks made of GA clay and are well kept, providing a fun, safe, smooth surface. There are jumps peppered throughout each so if your looking to get a little air you will definitely have some opportunities to do so, however if you want to keep all four wheels on the ground that’s ok to, no one is going to think less of you.
You do you, all we ask is that you drive WITHIN YOUR LIMITS! THIS IS NOT A RACE. This is simply an opportunity for you to get out there and experience for yourself what you and your truck are capable of and more importantly have some fun with some really good people. The trail system is a new addition this year, and is more of a technical drive. I think a lot of you will love this section which is a great mix of scenic wooded trails, some small obstacles and a killer hill climb. The trail system will give you an opportunity to check out the different terrain modes in your truck and prove why these trucks are the best off-road vehicles on the planet.
There is lodging onsite that consists of RVs and Cabins all of which are provided with clean linens, towels, soaps and tissue. They all have TV, fridge, microwave, heat and air and camp fire rings. These DO SELL OUT so if you plan on staying on site and haven’t booked a cabin yet you should do that now! You can contact them directly at 706-622-4108, just let them know you are attending the TORR Raptor Run. If you miss out on a cabin, the closest hotels are 30min away. In addition to the cabin rentals they also offer spaces with hook ups for your own RV. If you prefer an RV and would like to rent one, we recommend checking out rvshare.com. There are plenty available for rent where the owners will deliver and set up the RV for you.

Basic registration does not include a-la-carte events including the Beach Crawl and our Sand Course. Kickoff and after-hours events for 2022 TBD.

The 7th Annual Trail Hero event is October 3-8, 2022. Trail Hero is a week long event with 5 days of guided trails, a golf tourney, parties, concerts and more orientated around a family atmosphere in Southern Utah. Join us October 3rd-8th, 2022, to have the most fun you can have in 4-wheel drive! Trail Hero 2022 marks our seventh annual event, and we have made some awesome changes and additions that you will not want to miss! Come for one day, come for the whole week! This is one event with lots of memories!
To understand this event, you must first look at the world class facility of Sand Hollow, in Hurricane, Utah. Offering thousands of all-access, off-road acreage embedded with trails ranging from Mild to Wild; Sand Hollow also offers the only location that entails a 5 star resort retreat complete with 18 hole golf course, villas, a restaurant, and services. Along with lake access year round, both dry and wet camping facilities, and the very off-road friendly City of Hurricane, only 3 miles away all make this a prime location. It is a mecca for 4-wheel drive enthusiasts!
Trail Hero will host the seventh annual Rockin Golf Tourney at Sand Hollow Resort, where we play the 9-hole Links course with a shotgun start, and on the driving range and putting green we have additional challenges for participants to win prizes. We had a blast last year, and encourage anyone to join in, particpate, heckle.... lets just say its not your average golf tourney. 4Wheel to Heal.
Trail Hero concentrates on a 5-day Trail Ride that is designed to keep the entertainment flowing. After the trails are done for the day, participants can take part, or watch, our afternoon activites that include attempting to conquer Amateur Rock Crawl event, break new ground on the hardest trail in the country at the Trail Breaker, Party at the beach with slip-n-slide and grab a snow cone while hanging out at the nightly bon fire. Trail Hero also showcases a high speed Rock Race, and ties together the industry with a very formidable vendor show that features charitable raffles, live music, onsite catering, jeep show, and a world class Vendor Expo featuring your favorite manufacturers from across the country during our Closing Ceremoines celebration!
Simply put, no single event has ever had every aspect of our sport on one platform until now! You can sign up for guided trails, but definately join us for our afternoon activites as they are FREE to Spectators. The TransAmerica Trail, commonly referred to as the TAT, is the cross-country adventure ride of a lifetime with mostly off-pavement traversing. From scenic vistas and unique attractions to rough terrain and challenging conditions, the TAT presents every rider with the opportunity for an unforgettable journey and memories that will last a lifetime. Depending on the weather and location, riders may face challenges including mud, sand, snow, and rocks among others. As the trail is made up of dirt, gravel, forest, farm, and brief sections of paved roads.
We will be running just over 400 miles of the trail through the Smoky Mountains in the South East portion of TN. We will be covering 3 states, beginning in Murphy NC and ending in LaFayette GA.

The Chaos Fab Shop based out of Winchester, VA will be on-site at this year's HyperFEST offering participants the opportunity to drive a variety of courses and obstacles throughout VIRginia International Raceway's 1300-acre facility.

HyperFEST is the destination for those who want to be immersed in one of the premier automotive lifestyle events. With activities taking place on asphalt, dirt, mud, grass, and even the air; we have you covered. From camping with your friends & family, riding with world-class professional drifters, or enjoying music from a variety of artists, HyperFEST offers numerous activities to enjoy both on and off the track over the course of an entire weekend.
HyperFEST presented by Grassroots Motorsports is the largest automotive event on the East Coast and 2021 marks the 20th anniversary of HyperFEST. This year's event takes place on Friday, October 1st - Sunday, October 3rd at VIRginia International Raceway located in Alton, VA along the VA/NC border.

Want to build it yourself? When we first got our Jeep we did too! There’s nothing quite like the satisfaction of building your own stuff. If you want to learn how the pros do it now is your chance. The Chaos Fab Shop staff will show you how to build your parts properly the first time so you can show it off and bash it on the trail. Here’s what’s covered.

No previous experience required for this class. You will need an auto dimming welding helmet and gloves.
If you need to purchase welding gear, we recommend Miller. It’s best to deal locally, so that if there’s ever a problem you have someone willing to fix it. We selected Airgas as our Miller dealer of choice. Miller will give them special pricing on Chaos welding packages to pass to you on our behalf. If you need anything call Justin Beckendorf at 262-525-8792 and tell him you want the Chaos Fab Shop Student pricing. He can have anything you need delivered to the Airgas closest to you. Now you all get great pricing, great service, nationwide coverage, and someone to stand behind it all. And no, we don’t make a penny on this. Now, lets go make something cool!
This is a full-day class taking place on February 12th from 9 am-5 pm with a 1-hour break for lunch.
The class is limited to the first 15 paid entries.
The price for this class is $399 per person. This will be an open forum class at the Chaos Shop at 344 Victory Rd. Winchester, VA.
Registration will need to be completed 5 days prior to the start of class, so we can order materials. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 5 days of class.
Welding & Fabrication 102
You must take the Intro to Welding and Fabrication class prior to taking this class. This class picks up where the 101 class stopped. By this time you should have practiced what we covered in 101.
Now it’s time to show us what you learned with actual tests. In this class we will test your welds to determine how strong they are. We will test all the basic weld joints we covered in the 101 and cover techniques to build even stronger joints.
Since we covered the safety and equipment in 101 we can get to welding faster with 102. In addition, we will cover the art of the cutting torches and what all you can do with them.
My 4x4 101 Class
You asked for it, we heard you, and its here! A class that will teach you all the basics you need to know about your Jeep and 4×4.
When you spend money to go to an event it seems like everything can be so chaotic that no one wants to take the time to teach you how to take your Jeep off-road and back in one piece. In this class we will cover how to do just that.
Some of the topics will include:
What should I equip my Jeep with for the weekend? The week?
How to mechanically inspect and prepare my Jeep to go trail riding?
We will go over some of the common breaks that happen on the trail and how to get home.
What’s the correct air pressure to air down to and why? Is it different for different terrain?
What are bead locks?
How to re seat the tire on the bead.
How to repair a puncture in the tire.
How to ensure you can get back into 2wd hi if nothing happens when you pull the 4wd lever.
What are sway bars and why should I disconnect them?
What’s the proper line to drive when I’m off-roading?
I see people use an awful lot of wheel speed to make a climb, do I have to do that?
What are…insert anything you could possibly want to know about your vehicle… and why is it important?
How does my winch work? Am I doing it right?
What’s a hi-lift and why does everyone have them?
What are the next mods I should to do my Jeep?
We will also go over a full winching session and how to properly use all of your equipment. What equipment?!?!
This is a Sunday, 9-6 class, cost is $185. Bring your Jeep!

This is an advanced class for wheelers who are serious about perfecting their off road driving and recovery skills as well as being able to organize a trail ride. Chaos Off-Road Park is offering a two-day course at the park where you will learn and apply these skills. This will not be your basic 101 ‘how to wheel’ instruction. This is the same comprehensive instruction we’ve been providing to our guides.
Outstanding students will be offered an opportunity to be a part of the Chaos 2020 Trail Guide Team. CORP guide benefits include being part of a close-knit group, guides-only events, free-wheeling at the park and reimbursement for this instruction.
Admission must be paid 10 days prior to the start of class so preparations can be made in advance. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 5 days of class.
If you would like to be considered for the 2020 Chaos Trail Guide Team, please let us know ahead of time.
Breakfast (optional) will be at 8:00 am at IHOP at 180 Crock Wells Mill Dr, Winchester, VA 22603. After breakfast, we will drive out to CORP.

Chaos Tours Skyline Drive
We are taking a scenic day ride on the world famous Skyline Drive. This should be one gorgeous day!
All vehicles are welcome, family and pet friendly, we will be taking breaks for photos and food. We are not sure how long it will take to complete the ride so the end time is flexible and if anyone needs to hop off early thats totaly fine.
We will meet at Royal Plaza in Front Royal, VA at 10 am. There's a McDonalds, Burger King, and Dunkin Donuts as well as a few grocery shops and gas stations right across the street, if anyone needs to grab breakfast, snaks or fuel before we head out. Official drive out will be at 10:30.

We are going to Flagpole Knob! This is a beginner friendly trail ride near Harrisonburg, VA.
Flagpole knob is a very popular off-road trail of the Allegheny Mountains that follows the VA/WV border. It's open year round, offers scenic views, allows camping and welcomes groups as well as solo vehicles, although we always recommend buddy wheeling.

Black Friday Excursion - Annual Advanced Ride
Some hit the malls, we hit the trails!
This was one of my favorite weekends last year, only a few of us went, purpose was to explore the paths less traveled and pick out the best trails, for a great adventure this year.
We posted a bunch of photos of our excursion and got a lot of positive feed back, this year we are making this trip public.
We will head for the WV mountains early Friday morning and will not be back until Sunday afternoon. We will be staying in hotels along the way.
All the details will be posted as we get closer to the event.
Snow Day Wheeling Trip
This will be weather permitting (in reverse) whoever wants to attend, will need to follow the event, trip will be announced as soon as a good snow storm is confirmed. Limit group size to 5 vehicles.
